Student Directory
Diamond's directory and store are available in the Membership Toolkit platform.
All families are encouraged to enter their information into the directory to ensure that they receive PTO newsletters, event details and other important updates from the PTO. You may choose which information you share in the directory. You will be able to confirm your directory data and make your Annual Donation in our online store via Membership Toolkit.
Families who make an Annual Donation in the current school year have access to the online Student Directory, Print Directory, and receive the convenient Diamond Daily Announcements recap via email (also available on the Diamond school website).
to set up your Membership Toolkit account:
Click on the Register/Login button.
If you already have a Membership Toolkit account with another Lexington school or organization, you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
**OR**To create a new Membership Toolkit account, select "Create Account" and fill in your name, email, and password information.
Click "Verify my email", then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process with steps 1 - 3 below:
1. Complete & save your Parent/Family and Student Information.
2. Complete & save your Directory/Publish Preferences.
3. Click on Annual Donation & Directory Store to make your PTO Annual Donation if you choose.
Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
