Volunteering

There are many ways parent volunteers can get involved at Diamond, including:

  • Joining the Green Team, Social Committee, or Hospitality Committee (see more below)

  • Helping at a Teacher/Staff appreciation lunch

  • Chaperoning a student social

  • Joining the PTO Board

  • Helping at the Book Fair

Hospitality Committee

Whether you enjoy cooking, decorating, or event planning, this will be the perfect committee for you... (of course we also would never turn away a store bought item). The Hospitality Committee is a quick and easy way to volunteer.  This Committee coordinates decor and food contributions for staff-related events, including Teacher Appreciation Week.

Social Committee

The Social Committee organizes events to bring your fellow Diamond parents together, from morning or evening Principal Coffees, to evening socials at someone's house, to anything else someone might like to suggest. 

Green Team

Our Green Team supports the school in promoting recycling and composting during the day and at after-school events.
